Sorry Folks the week has gotten away from me and I haven’t posted the harvest list yet and it’s Thursday afternoon and I should be doing 10 other things….but here we go.

Lettuce Mix
Garlic Scapes
Spring Onions
Fava Beans

  1. We found a new way to serve the lacier kale at Ricciuti's in Olney last night:

    roasted cherries, Red Russian Kale, Parmigiano-Reggiano, balsamic and evoo

    The cherries are barely cooked, the kale is a raw chiffonade, the drizzle of balsamic is reduced to a syrup, and the touch of cheese is a thick grate


    We're going to try to recreate it this week with Wiggler kale and farm market cherries
