Contact Michaelle

Michaelle’s role as Education and Training Coordinator lets her welcome the wider community to Red Wiggler. Groups as different as elementary school students and corporate professionals – with and without developmental disabilities – visit the farm to learn about sustainable farming, how produce grows, and, of course, Red Wiggler’s five key programs.

Before joining the Red Wiggler team, Michaelle, a Certified Professional Horticulturist, owned a plant business and delighted in sharing plant facts with clients. Prior to that, she had a career as a project manager and marketer for private industry, government, and nonprofit companies.

While not talking about horticulture, Michaelle is growing something at the home she shares with her husband. The rest of the time, she’s convincing her grown daughters (and granddaughters) that they should be growing something too!
