Please join us at 6:00 pm on Saturday, June 20th 2015 for our 3rd annual Farm to Fork Dinner.
We’ll dine in the fields if the skies are clear and the fields are dry, or in the historic Big Red Barn if it rains. Rain or shine, the event will be filled with local food and good friends.
The evening will begin with a guided tour through the fields while we sip on a sampling of local beer, wine and herb-infused nonalcoholic beverages. An intimate dinner will begin around 7 pm. Chef Tom O’Gara and his Marriott team have designed an artisanal menu that showcases the bounty of local produce. Each dish will feature certified organic produce from Red Wiggler Community Farm as well as ingredients from the farms of friends in our region. A highlight of the evening will be hearing the chefs and farmers speak about how local food inspires and gives meaning to their work. There will also be plenty of time to enjoy each other’s company and get to know the Red Wiggler family a little better. $150/person
Each ticket purchased helps us to continue to provide meaningful employment and experiences for youth and adults, expand our impact in the community, and grow delicious food.
