Our Programs
Red Wiggler’s core programs cultivate an inclusive and sustainable community. Together, these programs create opportunities for growth, learning, and connection for people of all abilities.

Harvest Share Program
Our Harvest Share program includes a traditional Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) and distribution of fresh, organic produce to underserved community members.

CSA Program
CSA members receive a weekly share of fresh, organically grown vegetables, herbs, and flowers, all harvested by our dedicated team, including adults with developmental disabilities employed through our Grower Program.

Grower Program
Our Grower Program provides adults with disabilities with meaningful employment and skill-building opportunities.
Education Program
Through Education & Service Learning, we offer hands-on experiences that teach students and community members about sustainable farming, food equity, and disability inclusion.

Volunteer Program
Our Volunteer Program engages individuals and groups in meaningful farm work that fosters connection and service.

Care Farming
Red Wiggler brings together organic farming and meaningful opportunities for people with and without intellectual and developmental disabilities to promote independence, connection, and well-being.
Our Care Farming Network provides expert advice, opportunities for mentorship, and regular gatherings for care farms across the U.S.
Our distribution philosophy
Through partnerships with food banks, group homes, and elementary school programs, we deliver fresh, orgnanic produce to people who might otherwise lack access to healthy food.
Our 50/50 distribution model ensures that half of each harvest supports those in need.
