Pardon the late post for the Wednesday group…
Thanks to all who joined us for the Farm Tour and Art Farm. We’ve been busy preparing for the first “fall” plantings by preparing the soil with Leaf Gro and tilling under the straw mulch in the old garlic patch. It’s hard to believe we are already getting ready for those fall greens but its true!
This week we are harvesting:
Green Beans
Cherry Tomatoes
Red Tomatoes (big beef and early girl)
Peppers
Zukes
Cukes
Summer Squash
Garlic
Potatoes
and the Wednesday group got chard but the Saturday group will have to wait for the patch to regenerate. WW
