Molly McCracken – Education and Outreach Coordinator
Molly coordinates our CSA, and schedules and leads groups of all ages on interactive tours of the farm.
Molly comes to Red Wiggler with a background in experiential education in garden, global and theater settings. After graduating from Earlham College with a B.A. in Peace and Global Studies, Molly spent a year living and volunteering at Heifer International’s Heifer Farm in Massachusetts, where she facilitated educational programming and was responsible for an active summer camp program. She soon learned how much she loved experiencing the first time someone picked a farm fresh carrot or milked a goat.
Molly loves the way participation in hands-on programs at Red Wiggler encourages people to experience themselves and their communities in new ways, helping to raise awareness about the food we eat and how all of us can contribute to a more connected and sustainable world.
In her spare time Molly practices yoga, roasts every vegetable she can think of, and digs for bugs with her energetic young niece.
